His primary task was to maintain a Legacy application in operational condition. At the same time, he was asked to propose an Agile Scrum project structure adapted to the context and to the company's various players, to ensure its proper implementation, and to train people with little or no experience of agility.

For a French car manufacturer, one of our Consultants worked as a Developer on their consumer configurator; a strategic project focused on online vehicle personalization. In particular, he contributed to the integration of advanced web technologies, while working closely with various cross-functional teams to deliver an optimal user experience. His mission combined technical expertise and teamwork to transform customer interaction in the automotive sector.

As part of a cross-functional technical team, one of our Consultants was involved in the IT department's digital transformation towards new, more modern technologies, through development, support and training. He was also responsible for developing a common Design System library.
