Every six months, we carry out an internal satisfaction survey among our employees, taking into account the following aspects: job satisfaction, HR follow-up, Business Manager follow-up, Practice animation, administrative management, management report, communication actions. This regular assessment gives us an overview of their well-being within the company, and helps us to identify strengths to be reinforced as well as areas for improvement.
