5 DEGRÉS, its employees and partners pay particular attention to protecting the personal data of its users.

5 Degrés processes the personal data of various individuals

- If you are a candidate :

5 DEGRÉS collects and processes personal data obtained via forms on its website, via professional social networks and job boards (Linkedin, Monster, etc.) and/or during job fairs or other events organized
by 5 DEGRÉS:

  • Your personal identification data (surname, first name, address, etc.),
  • Your contact data (e-mail address, telephone number, etc.),
  • The data on your curriculum vitae and any other
    data you have chosen to communicate.

 

This data is processed on the basis of 5 DEGRÉS' legitimate interest in ensuring its proper functioning in order to evaluate your application with a view to potential recruitment (article 6.1.f of the RGPD).

In the event of a positive evaluation, and a decision to hire you, 5 DEGRÉS will process your data to prepare your employment contract. Otherwise, we will keep your data for 2 years in order to contact you when future opportunities seem to match your profile.

As a consulting firm, 5 DEGRÉS may transmit certain information from your curriculum vitae to assessment centers and/or its current and potential clients in order to evaluate your skills and/or find an assignment corresponding to your expectations and skills.

In addition, during job fairs or events organized by 5 DEGRÉS, photos and/or videos may be taken and used by 5 DEGRÉS as part of its external communication (publication on social networks).

This data will be processed on the basis of your consent, with a view to ensuring the visibility of 5 DEGRÉS and developing and maintaining public and professional relations with you (article 6.1.a of the RGPD).

- If you have participated in or spoken at one of our events:

On the basis of your consent, 5 DEGRÉS collects and processes personal data obtained during professional contacts:

  • Your personal identification data (surname, first name) ;
  • Your contact details (e-mail address, telephone number) ;
  • Your current job ;
  • Your company name.

 

This data may be used to invite you to future events. In addition, photos and/or videos may be taken during these events and used by 5 DEGRÉS as part of its external communication (publication on social networks).

5 DEGRÉS carries out this processing in order to enable the proper organization of events, to ensure its visibility and to develop and maintain professional relations with you.

- If you work for one of our suppliers :

5 DEGRÉS collects and processes personal data that it has obtained via the supplier itself, via previous business contacts and/or via the supplier's website:

  • Your personal identification data (surname; first name)
  • Your contact details (e-mail address, telephone number) ;
  • Your company name.

 

This data is processed as part of the management of its suppliers on the basis of 5 DEGRÉS' legitimate interest in ensuring its proper functioning (Article 6.1.f of the RGPD).

- If you work for one of our customers or prospects :

5 DEGRÉS collects and processes personal data obtained from the customer, from previous business contacts and/or from the customer's website:

  • Your personal identification data (surname; first name)
  • Your contact details (e-mail address, telephone number) ;
  • Your function;
  • Your professional activity ;
  • Your company name.

 

This data is processed as part of its customer management on the basis of 5 DEGRÉS' legitimate interest in ensuring its proper functioning (Article 6.1.f of the RGPD).

Recipients of personal data

Only the relevant departments within 5 DEGRÉS and its IT service providers have access to your personal data. In addition, 5 DEGRÉS has ensured the compliance of all its suppliers to whom it may transfer personal data.

At present, your personal data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Security and confidentiality of personal data

In accordance with current legislation and regulations on the protection of personal data, 5 DEGRÉS implements all appropriate technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security, confidentiality and integrity of your personal data against alteration, accidental or unlawful loss, unauthorized use or access.

You would like 5 DEGRÉS to delete your information from our databases.

- Right to be forgotten in the event of death

The right to define directives concerning the fate of our data after your death. In the absence of a directive from you, 5 DEGRÉS will delete your data after a certain period of inactivity. However, after your death, your heirs may exercise their rights to your data.
