The TnT project—“Tech and Network Transformation”—is our internal lab dedicated to experimenting with and integrating AI across all our business lines, from consultants to support functions: HR, Business, Communications, Administration, and Finance.

The rules applicable to your organization’s data—including confidentiality, scope of use, and prohibition against reuse for training purposes—are established at the start of the project.

What is a Product Builder?

A Product Builder is a Product Manager whose work is enhanced by AI: they conduct accelerated discovery, prototype concrete solutions themselves, and bridge the gap between product decisions and technical feasibility. This approach does not replace development skills, but it significantly shortens the cycle from an idea to a testable version.

How do your teams receive training in AI?

Through an internal community led by our AI Manager and structured around four key areas: sharing feedback from real-world projects, ongoing monitoring of tools and models, internal hackathons for experimentation, and fostering familiarity with generative AI for all roles, from data experts to product consultants.

What is agent-based AI, and how is it used in business?

An agent is a system capable of performing a sequence of actions to achieve a goal, using tools and data sources, rather than producing a single response. The most established use cases involve the automation of document-based processes, internal support, and the orchestration of repetitive tasks across multiple systems.

What do "Green AI" and "Ethical AI" mean?

Green AI focuses on efficiency: scaling models as needed, limiting retraining, and reducing inference costs. Ethical AI focuses on control: model transparency, bias prevention, privacy protection, and decision traceability. Both are matters of design choices, not afterthoughts added at the end of a project.

Is an internal governance framework necessary before deploying AI?

Yes, and it can be kept simple at the outset. Three elements are all that’s needed: an inventory of existing use cases, a clear policy on what data is permitted in the tools, and a designated point of contact to adjudicate new use cases. This foundation will also enable you to document your systems in accordance with European regulatory requirements.
