A trained data scientist, Amine leads our internal AI community. His role is to facilitate knowledge sharing, coordinate technology monitoring, and support the professional development of all our teams in AI-related topics, whether they are data experts or product consultants.
5 Degrés aims to support its employees as they navigate the shift toward artificial intelligence in the smoothest and most enjoyable way possible, so that they can focus on their work and the value they bring every day.

What we're experiencing internally
We don’t ask our clients to do anything we don’t do ourselves. The TnT project—“Tech and Network Transformation”—is our internal lab dedicated to experimenting with and integrating AI across all our business lines, from consultants to support functions: HR, Business, Communications, Administration, and Finance.
In practice: an RAG-LLM agent serving our employees, an AI-enhanced administrative management system, POCs on our internal processes, and technology monitoring shared across all teams.
