Just a few months after joining 5 Degrés Paris, I was given the opportunity to take charge of some internal projects on my own. Seeing my enthusiasm for No-Code, my Practice Leader quickly suggested I set up a dedicated Task Force. I set off with the aim of getting employees interested in No-Code and uniting them around it. A winning bet! Today, I'm delighted to be able to lead this multi-disciplinary team in parallel with my role as Product Owner Consultant.
I joined 5 Degrés Toulouse in January 2023 as part of my Master 1 work-study program, and have been doing my Master 2 work-study program in Paris since August 2023. The HR team supported me throughout this transition between agencies, and I was made to feel very welcome in Paris. Since my move, I've been able to gain greater autonomy and responsibility, particularly in areas that are close to my heart, which has had a major impact on my professional development. Even as an apprentice, 5 Degrés offers me the chance to grow, and that's something I really appreciate.
Recruited as a Data Analyst Consultant at 5 Degrés Toulouse, I had the opportunity to assist HR in interviewing candidates and to promote our expertise to customers with Business Managers. I quickly felt the need to create a community that would reflect the identity of its members by proposing ideas and content to share. 5 Degrés gave me the opportunity to realize this aspiration by entrusting me with the position of Practice Leader and supporting me in this new role. Today, I feel fulfilled with my new responsibilities and I'm grateful to have been able to evolve within the company.
After joining 5 Degrés Toulouse as a Developer, I decided to move into Product Management to play a more central role between the technical teams, stakeholders and users. Every step of the way, I received exceptional support and guidance from the HR department and the Product Management practice. The success of this transition to my new job as Product Owner bears witness to 5 Degrés' deep commitment to employee fulfillment within an environment conducive to the realization of each individual's professional projects.
