Within an R&D company working on 3D simulation software with a history of manual testing spanning several decades, our Consultant developed automatic tests on critical areas that were not covered. As the test environment was the software itself, capable of executing the implemented code, his role was also to monitor the statistics reported in real time by the product under test.
At a leading French online furniture retailer, our Consultant validated a new dynamic promotion functionality based on customer purchases. The mission included writing the tests in cooperation with the PO, validating the developments made and providing feedback on the limits of the tests carried out. This mission ensured the implementation of an important and risky functionality for the customer, as it involved a financial aspect.
Our Consultants structured an end-to-end recipe for the software of a company making tax-exempt property available, with aggregation of promoter feeds, monitoring of availability and customer requests. Their missions? Design of scenarios with the business, management of campaign execution by end-users and Consultants, delivery and replacement of the original platform.
At a company in the agri-food sector, our consultant conducted a product-focused quality audit to objectively assess QA maturity and secure critical processes. The assignment included analyzing existing practices (testing strategy, acceptance criteria, tools, automation), followed by a structured report (findings, scoring by pillar, recommendations) supplemented by practical workshops to quickly initiate the implementation of improvements.
Within an agri-food company, our Consultant led workshops to integrate quality from the design stage onwards. The mission included 3 Amigos, testable acceptance criteria in Gherkin, quality-oriented Definition of Ready/Done, and structuring of bug tracking to reduce returns in acceptance testing and improve readability for PO/Dev/UXA, adding smokes, and bug templating.
