What is the recruitment process at 5 Degrés?

Our customers are multi-sector and of all sizes. Is there an onboarding process at 5 Degrés?

At 5 Degrés, we attach great importance to your integration. From the moment you arrive, you'll benefit from a carefully prepared and supervised onboarding. After a team breakfast on the day of your arrival, you will take part in meetings organized throughout your first week with each department (HR, Business Manager, Practice Leader, Management, Admin Service, Communication Service), enabling you to meet the key people in your environment and familiarize yourself with our internal workings and corporate culture. At the same time, you will be gradually immersed in your Practice, taking part in rituals and ongoing projects.

Your HR consultant will be at your side throughout this onboarding process, with regular check-ups, particularly at the end of the first week and the first month, to ensure your successful integration.
