Examples of assignments
As part of the development of several business applications, three of our Consultants were involved in the Design and Product Ownership part of the project, designing and deploying the tools for customers. They also supported the company in the acculturation of Product and Design methodologies.
One of our Consultants supported the business lines in the energy sector, through the redesign and continuous improvement of several business portals. In particular, he worked with the Analyst and IT teams, and in collaboration with the internal Design System teams to contribute to ergonomic evolutions.
The Design System worked on by our consultants operates across the Group and is used for all BtoC, BtoE and BtoB projects. Everything they produced is used by both the Designers on the Product teams and the Developers. The main challenge was to centralize information and produce elements that are easily applicable and usable in each project context.
Several of our consultants work in the banking sector, on improving BtoC pathways. They work directly with operational business and digital teams (Developers, Product and Design System teams). Digital accessibility, UX Writing and recommendations to the group's strategic players are the regular activities of our Consultants.
Two of our UX Research Experts are working with a leader in corporate finance. They work in synergy with internal teams to optimize user data research and establish Repository management processes. Their approach aims to improve project efficiency by integrating innovative solutions via processes calibrated to the players involved.

FAQ - Product Design
UX (User Experience) design focuses on the structure and logic of the user journey: what the user is trying to accomplish, in what order, and what obstacles they encounter. UI (User Interface) design focuses on the interface that brings this journey to life: components, typography, colors, and states. The two are inseparable. A well-designed interface can never make up for a poorly thought-out user journey.
As early as possible, starting with the scoping phase. Design work brought in late in the cycle is limited to dressing up decisions that have already been made, which leads to costly iterations. Getting involved early on allows you to test assumptions using prototypes before any development begins, at a stage when correcting an error still only takes a few hours.
A design system is a documented library of components, rules, and principles shared between designers and developers. It becomes essential as soon as multiple teams or interfaces coexist. You can recognize when it’s time to implement one by a simple sign: your teams are recreating the same components, and visual inconsistencies are piling up from one screen to the next.
It depends on the scope and user access. An exploratory scoping phase—qualitative interviews, analysis of the current situation, and reporting—typically takes a few weeks to complete. Constrained contexts, regulated sectors, or secure environments tend to extend the participant recruitment phase in particular, but rarely the analysis phase.
Through behavioral metrics rather than aesthetic ones: abandonment rates on critical paths, conversion rates, the volume of support requests regarding a specific feature, and the time it takes to complete a task. Internally, the time saved by development teams thanks to a well-documented design system is a directly measurable metric.
Yes, but retroactive compliance is more expensive than incorporating accessibility from the design phase. The process begins with an audit that identifies gaps and prioritizes them based on their impact and the effort required. Structural corrections—contrast, keyboard navigation, heading hierarchy, and text alternatives—are then addressed in batches.
