Examples of assignments
As part of the development of several business applications, three of our Consultants were involved in the Design and Product Ownership part of the project, designing and deploying the tools for customers. They also supported the company in the acculturation of Product and Design methodologies.
One of our Consultants supported the business lines in the energy sector, through the redesign and continuous improvement of several business portals. In particular, he worked with the Analyst and IT teams, and in collaboration with the internal Design System teams to contribute to ergonomic evolutions.
The Design System worked on by our consultants operates across the Group and is used for all BtoC, BtoE and BtoB projects. Everything they produced is used by both the Designers on the Product teams and the Developers. The main challenge was to centralize information and produce elements that are easily applicable and usable in each project context.
Several of our consultants work in the banking sector, on improving BtoC pathways. They work directly with operational business and digital teams (Developers, Product and Design System teams). Digital accessibility, UX Writing and recommendations to the group's strategic players are the regular activities of our Consultants.
Two of our UX Research Experts are working with a leader in corporate finance. They work in synergy with internal teams to optimize user data research and establish Repository management processes. Their approach aims to improve project efficiency by integrating innovative solutions via processes calibrated to the players involved.
