A major technical overhaul

One of our consultants worked as a Full Stack Developer on a major technical overhaul project for a French sports betting company. His mission was to participate in the design of this new platform "from scratch" and to develop the functionalities within an agile team, as part of the Offer Transformation team.

MCO and implementation of a suitable Agile Scrum project structure

Our Senior .Net Developer Consultant | Scrum Master is working for the French leader in software development for occupational medicine. His primary task was to maintain a Legacy application in operational condition. At the same time, he was asked to propose an Agile Scrum project structure adapted to the context and to the company's various players, to ensure its proper implementation, and to train people with little or no experience of agility.

A project combining technical expertise and teamwork

For a French car manufacturer, one of our Consultants worked as a Developer on their consumer configurator; a strategic project focused on online vehicle personalization. In particular, he contributed to the integration of advanced web technologies, while working closely with various cross-functional teams to deliver an optimal user experience.
